This Marketing Associate role involves a variety of tasks from understanding our domain, customers, performing market research, exploring ways to position & amplify Frozen Iris as a brand, designing outreach methodologies & executing it.

Responsibilities

1. Set specific marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals
2. Research market to identify new opportunities
3. Establish a strong, long-term web presence through multiple touch-points
4. Strategise, create and implement digital marketing campaigns based on thorough market research
5. Own website to maximise enquiries through SEO & Content Marketing
6. Track and measure marketing outcomes
7. Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects, and marketing plans
8. Ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity

What's required

1. 2+ years of experience as a marketing strategist, manager or similar role. (Preferable) Academic degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2. Data-driven creative thinker
3. Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
4. In-depth knowledge of CRM software and content management systems
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
