Having studied Sociology and worked across several community initiatives, brand-building, and founder-led environments, she is interested in understanding how people think, behave, communicate, and make decisions. This curiosity often shapes the way she approaches research, messaging, and verbal strategy work.

At Become, she contributes to projects spanning education, energy, technology, and consumer brands, while continuously building her understanding of positioning, communication, and organizational knowledge systems. Outside of work, Adithi can usually be found chasing new rabbit holes of curiosity, obsessing over K-pop, collecting unusual observations about people and culture.
