Launched from the hallowed halls of IIT Madras, SkillVeri, founded by Sabarinath Nair in 2012, embarked on a journey to redefine the landscape of vocational training. By harnessing the power of extended reality (XR), SkillVeri brings the finesse of skilled trades to the fingertips of many.
SkillVeri needed a distinct, culturally resonant brand narrative to establish itself in the competitive US market while staying true to its identity.
With numerous global competitors, we had to design an engaging, interactive booth that captured attention and differentiated SkillVeri’s XR solutions.
Showcasing SkillVeri’s extensive XR offerings without overwhelming visitors required a strategic, digestible approach to storytelling.
Executing a high-impact, immersive setup within a tight timeline demanded efficient project management, lightweight materials, and eco-friendly practices to reduce the carbon footprint.
For the Stall Experience Design at the expo, focusing on an engaging and informative setup was crucial. The layout included two to three VR stations, each accompanied by a knowledgeable representative to guide participants through the experience.
All the event’s touchpoint created a comprehensive stall experience designed to maximize engagement, facilitate meaningful feedback, and leave a lasting impression on the attendees.

We refined SkillVeri’s standees to align with its brand messaging, using a grid to symbolize the blend of real and ‘phy-gital’ worlds. To deepen engagement, we introduced two interactive standees.
At the entrance, visitors shared their vision for XR/VR in education using sticky notes, fostering a collective exploration of its potential. Post-demo, another standee prompted attendees to categorize their experience into four advantage buckets, providing SkillVeri with valuable product insights.
These standees turned the expo space into an interactive hub—engaging visitors, sparking conversations, and gathering meaningful feedback.
The brochure features a four-sided folder with a flap, holding individual product cards of varying heights—each showcasing a key SkillVeri product.
To ease cognitive load, we structured content for clarity, ensuring key points stood out while keeping information digestible. The layout provided a clear product overview at a glance, with distinct sections preventing clutter and enhancing readability.
Designed for utility, the brochure also doubles as a folder for attendees to store other materials—making it a practical, retainable tool that extends SkillVeri’s brand visibility beyond the expo.
Our T-shirt design strategy was centered on not just being a piece of clothing but a wearable invitation to explore, learn, and connect, making every wearer a walking ambassador of SkillVeri's vision.
We chose vibrant colors & incorporated catchy slogans that can draw attention. By reimagining and incorporating the tic-tac-toe game to symbolize XR, we create an impactful and memorable visual statement. We also featured the stall number to help facilitate easier navigation for attendees, directing them to SkillVeri's XRdinary hub.
We also developed a sales script to empower SkillVeri's team with a coherent and compelling narrative at the expo.
This script was carefully crafted with the following pointers to reflect and represent the essence of SkillVeri's innovative approach to XR training, tailored to captivate and engage the US market.
We reimagined the traditional business card to reflect SkillVeri’s XR-driven innovation, creating a design that surprises and engages recipients.
Inspired by an XR headset, the card’s distinctive shape instantly communicates SkillVeri’s focus on extended reality. Beyond its visual impact, the larger format provides space to highlight key product features, ensuring both memorability and functionality. Its bold design sparks curiosity and conversation, making a lasting impression.
To leave a lasting impression beyond the expo, we designed tokens and badges as personal take-home elements that transformed interactions into memorable moments.
After experiencing the VR demo, participants received an XR-Dinary Token, displaying their upskillment percentage—a tangible reminder of their learning journey and SkillVeri’s commitment to skill enhancement.
Complementing this, badges and stickers featured playful yet meaningful slogans, celebrating curiosity and the spirit of continuous learning. These creative touchpoints sparked conversations, spread smiles, and reinforced SkillVeri’s mission to make education both engaging and impactful.
Our partnership with SkillVeri redefined technical education engagement through strategic communication and immersive design. By crafting a compelling messaging strategy and targeted sales script, we positioned SkillVeri as a leader in the XR-driven upskilling revolution.
The expo’s success was evident in positive attendee feedback and valuable US market insights gained through interactive experiences. Direct engagement with SkillVeri’s technology, reinforced by innovative feedback mechanisms, strengthened brand perception and informed future strategies.
