The one big challenged that we faced was Identity Transposition: People knew MentorCloud because of Mr.Gundlapalli, Founder and CEO of Mentorcloud. This was not going to be sustainable in the long run. Hence it was on us to take the Vision and Story of one person and translate that in every touchpoint.
We noticed that MentorCloud had a diverse customer base. From hotel groups to medical research Organizations to Educational Institutions. So developing a young and appealing identity that seamlessly works for the myriad of customers was another challenge that we faced.
