MentorCloud helps enterprises, academias and associations build and manage communities that propel collective learning through a culture of personalized mentoring. Additionally, as a service, it helps companies breakdown knowledge silos and increase employee engagement, create inclusive growth and enable a culture where everyone wins.

Objective & Challenges


Being a brand that was in it’s expansion stage, MentorCloud needed a brand refresh. A Unique Identity and Brand Strategy was required that was coherent through all of it’s touchpoints. Since the website was the biggest touchpoint, there was also a need to understand why and what wasn’t working in the existing website and then rework on a new one which bridged the gap between the intended and perceived message.

Identity Transposition

The one big challenged that we faced was Identity Transposition: People knew MentorCloud because of Mr.Gundlapalli, Founder and CEO of Mentorcloud. This was not going to be sustainable in the long run. Hence it was on us to take the Vision and Story of one person and translate that in every touchpoint.

Universal Appeal

We noticed that MentorCloud had a diverse customer base. From hotel groups to medical research Organizations to Educational Institutions. So developing a young and appealing identity that seamlessly works for the myriad of customers was another challenge that we faced.

The idenity is a marriage between the motifs that are assosciated with aspirations, dreams, growth & their personal signatures, the touchpoints of which adds a dimension of individuality on to their uniforms.


We captured MentorCloud’s vision through a unique identity that reflected how a mentor and mentee interact with each other and initiate the flow of knowledge. This new identity was centered around sharing wisdom without borders. What came about was a fresh and new Brand Identity, Brand Element and messaging that together relayed the Brand’s vision of impacting 100 million lives. We also revamped the website with the new brand language to communicate effectively to all it’s users and engages and retains the right people.
