Credain approached Become to design a gifting kit for their employees within a tight one-week timeline and a limited budget. The challenge was to create an engaging, meaningful experience that reflected Credain’s values of connection, celebration, and community.
With only one week to execute the entire project—from ideation to production—efficiency and rapid decision-making were key. Every design choice had to be purposeful and immediately actionable.

The gifting kit needed to feel personal and engaging, fostering a sense of connection between employees while staying true to Credain’s brand identity.
To align with Credain’s values, we conceptualized a safe locker-inspired box as the outer packaging, symbolizing security, trust, and the safeguarding of valuable connections.
Inside, a drawer-style system revealed multiple compartments, each labeled as a “Token of Celebration,” “Token of Connection,” and “Token of Community.” This thematic naming, starting with the letter “C” to reinforce Credain’s identity, provided a sense of discovery and delight for employees.
The core idea was to make the gifting experience interactive and engaging while staying true to Credain’s brand philosophy of fostering global connections.
Every element of the gifting kit was designed to be immersive, engaging, and reflective of Credain’s mission. Stickers added a playful touch, while interactive business cards folded into a box, reinforcing the packaging theme. Employees received a T-shirt, a wearable reminder of Credain’s vision, and a puzzle piece that fit into a collective finance-themed illustration, symbolizing teamwork. The outer box prominently displayed Credain’s mission and values, serving as a daily reminder of their ethos.
A personalized booklet inside the kit featured AI-generated portraits of employees alongside their spirit animals, accompanied by their favorite quotes and reflections on Credain’s meaning to them. This surprise element sparked curiosity and meaningful conversations, making the gifting experience truly special.
The gifting kit created a memorable and engaging experience, strengthening team spirit and company culture. Employees valued the personalization and thoughtful storytelling, deepening their connection to the brand. Despite constraints, the final design delivered a premium, interactive experience, making the initiative a resounding success.
