At Become, you’ll craft animations, reels, and digital stories that stand out in the feed, capture attention, and deliver strategy-driven impact.

Skills and Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in motion design, animation, or short-form video.
  • Portfolio showcasing reels, motion graphics, kinetic typography, and campaign animations.
  • Ability to storyboard, animate, and deliver across multiple social platforms.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive in bringing fresh formats, motion trends, and bold ideas to the table.

  • A balance of quick delivery and polished craft.
  • Adaptability to bring different brand personalities alive in motion.

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
  • Ability to create GIFs, loops, transitions, and branded motion templates.
  • Basic sound design knowledge.
  • Bonus: 3D animation or AI-powered motion tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in English, along with strong presentation and communication skills.
