We’re looking for an Associate Account Manager who can own client relationships end-to-end, lead large-scale digital marketing engagements, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver excellence. What You’ll Do

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Build 3–6 month social media strategies for multiple brands across industries.
  • Define content pillars, campaign themes, and publishing calendars.
  • Set measurable KPIs (reach, saves, share rates, CTR, conversions).
  • Adapt strategies to each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook).

2. Content & Campaigns

  • Work with design and content teams to plan and brief campaigns.
  • Ensure every post ties back to brand positioning and goals.
  • Lead experimentation with new formats, reels, carousels, threads, shorts.
  • Repurpose content for cross-platform impact.

3. Insights & Reporting

  • Own weekly and monthly reporting — create dashboards that track growth, engagement, and conversion.
  • Pull insights from analytics tools (native dashboards + third-party).
  • Share 3–5 recommendations per cycle to improve performance.
  • Spot opportunities for trends, collaborations, and quick wins.

4. Community & Campaign Ops

  • Oversee day-to-day posting and scheduling.
  • Manage platform hygiene (bios, highlights, pinned posts, cover images).
  • Ensure responses and engagement loops are maintained.
  • Partner with client teams to align approvals, campaigns, and promotions.

5. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Coordinate across design, content, and account management teams.
  • Mentor junior social media associates or interns when required.
  • Bring automation ideas (AI tools, scheduling platforms, reporting frameworks).
  • Stay updated on platform updates, algorithm shifts, and cultural trends.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of hands-on social media management (agency or in-house).
  • Proven ability to plan, ship, and report for brands across multiple sectors.
  • Expertise across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, and Facebook.
  • Strong grasp of analytics, insights, and reporting tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Hootsuite, GA4, Looker Studio).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multi-brand portfolios with different tones and goals.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in D2C, education, or B2C consumer brands.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CAC) to bridge organic and paid.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted social workflows (caption tools, image/video generation, scheduling).
  • Comfort with basic creative briefing and copywriting.
