What You’ll Do
- Positioning & Narrative: Craft vision, category, promise, differentiators, and a compelling brand story founders can rally behind.
- Website Writing: Design narrative flow; write headlines, subheads, and CTAs that guide users to decisive actions.
- Messaging System: Build modular toolkits (headlines, taglines, value props, tone rules) that scale across web, product, and campaigns.
- Platform-Native Brand Copy & Content Strategy for Social Media
- Research & Competition: Synthesize customer signals, cultural context, and a clear competitive advantage
- Rigor & Process: Version, fact-check, measure, and document. Use AI as a thinking partner with transparent edits and judgment.
- Collaboration: Partner with design, product, and founders; mentor junior writers as the team grows.
What You’ll Bring
- Writing is your superpower not just a medium of communication
- 3+ years across copywriting, brand strategy, communication design, UX/content design, or creative strategy.
- Strength in insight synthesis, structuring, and tight language; comfort moving from frameworks to headlines within the same day.
- Cultural intelligence across India and global references; ease with future-facing or unconventional briefs.
- Ethical, transparent use of AI; strong editing instincts.
Nice to Have
- Experience in D2C, beverages, wellness/health, education, or youth culture.
- Light wireframing, analytics literacy, and comfort with Figma.
- Multilingual writing or sensitivity to regional language cues.
