Starting the website with global typography is the easiest way to build a scalable website.

Headings

Frozen Iris provides a constrained set of typographic styles. These styles map as much as possible to functional roles so you know when each can be used. Don’t use units for line-heights. Keep it unitless

Inter is the standard typeface for Frozen Iris on the web for large texts, headings and paragraphs

MentorCloud can be seen taking 4 major roles when it comes to interacting with someone and hence the tone of voice can be classified into four main categories.

Be a Friend - Supportive & Available

Our main palette uses bright colors to bring a boldness to our brand, and is used in logical ways throughout product and marketing to guide the eye and highlight the important bits.
Why?

MentorCloud as a platform is intuitive on several fronts. Even then, we need to make sure that there is constant customer support that helps remove any apprehensions or stumbling blocks during the launch and continued usage of the platform.
Also, "Excellent customer support/experience." is often quoted by the clients as the reason for partnering with MentorCloud. So, it is only prudent to build on this strength of ours.

How?

Never mince words when talking to the customers. Use descriptive language to reiterate how important it is for MentorCloud to hear from them. Try to convey feelings or excitement using exclamatory marks and powerful phrases. This will make them feel valued and heard.

Starting a customer support conversation.
Instead of directly saying: "Good day Anna! Happy to help you. What seems to be the problem?"

Say: "Dear Anna, we truly are lucky to have this opportunity to assist you! We would love to hear about your requirements and we shall fulfill them in the best way possible."
